Whilst there are a number of systems that can capture asset information, used by several different fire companies, there are none quite like the QR code system at Trent Safety Services. The reports and subsequent information have been built solely for our clients & to give them as much access as possible
Ease of Capture
By simply applying a QR Code to one of our clients fire extinguishers, we can capture key information such as location, extinguishers type & record all the results from our service. We even take a photograph of the asset in its location
Client Access
Not only is this information available to our technicians, but it is also available to our clients. By simply scanning the QR code on the Trent Safety Services label using just a camera phone, our clients are taken directly to a landing page where they can see a photo of their asset & the full service history. This makes rehoming strayed extinguishers easy to place back where they belong
Bespoke Reports
As a result of all of the data we have captured during our service, we have been able to automatically compile a detailed service report. This information acts as; your necessary compliance paperwork, our honesty policy that all work has been carried out correctly & it can allow you to plan for necessary life cycle budgets
